ProRoot Ltd. respects your privacy. In plain terms, here is what personal information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect. Only what you give us — your name, email, phone number and message — when you request a trial, place an order, or contact us. Our website also keeps basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser) in its server logs, and may use simple analytics to see which pages are visited.

Why we use it. To reply to you, arrange trials and orders, and run our business. We do not sell your information, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Who we share it with. Only where needed to serve you — for example, passing your order to the licensed supplier who will deliver your plants — and with our partner Plant Research Overberg where relevant. Otherwise, no one.

How long we keep it. As long as we need it to handle your enquiry or our relationship with you, then we delete it.

Your rights. Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@proroot.co.ke and we’ll help.

Updates. We may update this notice from time to time; the current version is the one shown here.
